its only an mmda ruling as of now even if the RA has been passed into law. The Republic of Makati still has its own rules. Or just be a Makati Senior Citizen and enjoy no coding in Makati as well

Suddenly all the Hybrids (Altis, Camry, IS300h, Rav4, Kicks VE, and etc) are all more valuable
