guigui, i think the livina is the most appropriate choice considering your requirements/conditions

-easier getting in and out for your lolo (compared with innova)
-more comfort riding for your lolo
-more comfort driving for your mom, if she has to drive
-the baggage space may look smaller than innova's but actually, you can use all the space if you folded the 3rd row seat level to the floor as against innova's sideways fold (kumuha na ng space, ang cheap pa tingnan)

plus, it apparently is more fuel efficient

test drive nyo both the livina and innova to help make better decision. . .good luck
