Torque, looks, resale value, economy.
The facelifted version (google lc200 2016) has a good interior now.
Both are built like tanks though.

How much do these big monsters cost nowadays? For an SUV around 4M, I guess the VW Touareg TDI provides good value knowing it is a cheaper version of the Audi Q7 and Porsche Cayenne TDI. How about the new Expedition 3.5L Ecoboost? You get a savings of 1M over the LC200 and Patrol Royale but you get more power and maybe enough of that savings for gas assuming the 3.5L V6 is less fuel efficient over Toyota's V8 diesel or Nissan's V8 NA petrol.

There are a few of these on the road and they were introduced back in 2011. It's a local version of the Infiniti QX56.
