It's the best buy amongst the 3 choices you have, definitely. This is only my opinion though, it will differ from the others. It's not the best out there when it comes to peak power, looks and comfort, but it's the best when it comes to fuel economy, durability, longevity, and dependability. You can be sure that your Dmax is backed by experience derived from more than 23 million diesel engines produced by Isuzu the world over for 120 different companies that includes diesel-powered sea tankers and freighters. Besides, it comes from the maker of the No. 1 truck engine supplier here in Philippines and the number 1 supplier/maker of truck engines in Australia, the latter where I am at now.

However, if the Dmax really is your preference, you could have waited just a bit more as the talks now within Isuzu Philippines from what I heard is they are considering bringing in the new Dmax RT-50 for 2013. Also, if it's not too late, check out the all-new Ford Ranger and Chevy Colorado.

    Cheers!

At 1.2M you get a 4x4 from ford, while competitors will give you only their entry level models..thats gotta be hard to ignore considering that its an all new model.

+1. I totally agree on this one. I just have a feeling that the ranger will soon be the "king" of pickups in our country. The price, specs, looks is really too good and it's an all new model pa. Whew!!

Yung 2.5 Hilux or Strada ang maganda. Mataas na kasi height, akala mo 4x4 na din.

If utility ang habil mo, Id say Navara.
My wife used to drive this and was very handy noong nag-move in kami sa condo.
Refs, chairs, beds, kayang kaya ng power, at sakto sa malaking truck bed
Best handling din compared to other pickups

Pero kung more on people hauler, I'd go for strada . . .
Mas comfortable ang ride, VGT is very powerful, competitive din ang pricing

OK din ang Ford Ranger na bago, Lalo na siguro pag dating ng wild trak trim
Pero given ford's reputation, better wait and see muna siguro
Mahirap mag sapalaran sa version 1
