It might be possible to find a Nissan Sentra series 3 (B14 chassis) 1.4L within that range. The Nissan Sentra LEC (b13 chassis) 1.3L PS is in that range too.

Of course, given the general age of these cars, be prepared to replace a few worn out parts like suspension bits, etc. It is also should be taken into consideration other expensive parts that might be needing replacement or attention like the aircon compressor and alternator.

kung sobrang pinagpaguran mo ng husto yun 150k, use it na lang as downpayment for the getz or the picanto. para worry free ka na to earn your next 150K's

    nissan LEC PS/, 1.3L 12-valve pa, 1.4EX.. lakas a/c pa

1989-90 toyota corolla ae92 xl-5/XE-5 speed, pinaka madaling i-maintain.. 97 XL ok din pero kung makakakuha kang ng XE_limited mas maganda...

1998++ kia pride 1.3GTX-manual tranny, isa pang pinaka murang at kahit saan mo dalhin, maayos agad...front power windows, power antenna pa..wala lng power steering..

if you can pay the mo. amort. alto deluxe ka..

another option is to use it as downpayment for a bank repo car. since most banks ask for a 40% down on repo vehicles then that 150k will be good for a newer car around 350k with money left for bank fees (chattel mortgae, registration, etc.)

here's what i found at the psbank website:

    04 FORD LYNX LSi M/T XMZ-223 SILVER PACO 360,000
    97 MERCEDEZ BENZ MB100 DSL M/T DRL-523 SILVER SUCAT 150,000
    02 MITSUBISHI LANCER GLX M/T CTB-513 BLACK PACO 280,000
02 MITSUBISHI ADVENTURE GLS GAS A/T XBN-359 GREEN PACO 320,000
02 MITSUBISHI ADVENTURE GLX GAS M/T XGR-713 SILVER PACO 277,500
03 OPEL ASTRA WAGON GAS A/T XHL-819 BLUE PACO 315,000
00 OPEL ASTRA WAGON GAS A/T WMK-827 SILVER PACO 280,000
01 TOYOTA REVO SR GAS M/T WRS-197 BLACK PACO 350,000

kung ako sa iyo yung mb100 na lang, kasya pa buong pamilya mo hehehe. di lang nga natin alam condition nyan at bakit napakamura na.

i choose brand new chery qq for the reason that for a downpayment of 150k

and assuming the price of the chery to be 300k flat, and it comes with 2 years warranty..

you only need to shell out 150k for 3 years, or pay 50k a year trouble free..

    ---

after 3 years you will still have a car which you can sell for 150k.. use that money to buy another brand new QQ..

no headache.. no problems..no issues, just drive..

if your time is valuable and you lots of things to do in your job, then this is the best option..

decided ka na ata.. pero take mo into account ang maintenance and down-time.. having 2 year warranty doesnt mean trouble free yan.. top brands nga may lemon at warranty claims can be a bull-->see the 8th gen. civic paint defect and the innova/d4d scandal...

for me ha, wait mo na lumabas talaga ung unit bago ka tumalon sa conclusion..alto is a good choice, although cbu-india siya, ok naman built nya..mas mataas mo pa mabebenta yan kaysa sa chery...

ikaw, its your call, opinion lang naman kami...

A well-kept Fox Silver 1998 Nissan Sentra GTS with a very high mileage on it.
Dumihin kasi ang the other 2 original colors which is red and black.

bakit wala ang mazda 323 or familia?

we bought one, even had 4 wheel ABS at that price.
    - just prepare for some repairs -

anyway, BTTT. like sir ghosthunter said, if you can afford the payments, get
    the picanto

but if you don't wanna pay monthlies, get the corolla

Unfortunately, Mazda 323 Familia guzzles gasoline like there is no tomorrow even if driven lightly. So for someone on a tight budget to buy a used car, I assume the budget for fuel is even tighter hence the absence of the Mazda 323 Familia from the suggested cars.

Sobra naman yan. I would not characterize 7-8 km/L as "guzzles gasoline like there is no tomorrow." It's well in line with the gasoline consumption of any other 1.6L car.

Of course compared to a 1.1L it will come out on the losing side.
