    Hi all, can i get your opinions on which car you would choose between the Sante Fe 4x2 r-eVGT or the Ford Everest 4x2 2.5L? We seem torn, we've looked at the Montero as well, but we are narrowing the choices between these 2.

    Hyundai Santa Fe IMO is the better overall car. Ford Everest only if you plan major off roading...

    Why SF is better...

    First its a global car! Its safety is tops on both EuroNCAP and NHTSA. The Everest is a 3rd world vehicle, no safety tests. And if we use the Ranger which is what it is based on it didn't really fared well in crash tests.

    Mas maganda din makina ng Santa Fe by a long shot.

    The ride is very comfy, its like a mid size sedan. The Everest is like a truck!

    Ford though might give you a very nice offer. I know, cause before I was also choosing between the two before...

    Tidus, salamat sa feedback! Honestly, i can't believe din na nasama yung everest sa "short-list" namin eh.

    Safety is definitely important since we have a new born.

    Well you can't blame the SF kung binangga siya ng Murcielago..

    Kung safety ang iniisip mo lalo na kung may new born ka, Santa Fe nalang. Or the Sorento (if you're willing to wait kasi mahaba din ang pila like Tucson).

    At least proven ang safety standards.

    test drive mo muna sir yung Eve then the SF... i'm sure you'll pick the latter without any hesitation
