July 9th, 2009 02:25 PM #4In fact for me, only whatever is preferable in general between these SUV's. Except I'm more likened on high-speed and power and fuel efficiency. Comfort will just be a plus factor and I don't see problems within these SUV's regarding that. Just consulting further ideas from you guys.

Of the choices given, the Montero Sport would the best choice.
But if you are open to other options, you might want to take a good look at the Nissan X-Trail 4x4 2.5L. Handles and rides more like a car than a truck (all three listed handles like a truck). Capable for some soft off-road duty.
And since its gasoline fed, you can opt for an Auto-LPG kit which would give you the option to choose your fuel between gasoline and LPG. Auto-LPG will greatly help cut the running cost.

Power and fuel economy? Only 2010 KIA Sorento II and 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe can deliver that at the same time. Both come with Hyundai R-Engine CRDI EVGT 2.2L 200hp/436Nm stock engine power mated with ZF six-speed AT.
Among your choices, Montero Sport. Mahal parts ng Ford e.

July 9th, 2009 03:05 PM #7Thanks. I didn't include the Alterra simply because I never like the looks. It's more like a variant of D-Max with cab at the back. But, I appreciate your ideas.

I`d personally pick the everest, why? The design is obviously newer, although the ford parts is kinda pricey, if you could afford it then why not? Right?
Well if you find ford`s maintenance is not " maka-tao " or what, then go get the montero, just slap some spoilers in then you`re done. I cant really recommend the fortuner although it`s exterior is QUITE better than the montero - :peace: montero owners - and also the fort has " tagtag " issues in it if im not mistaken.

i'll eliminate the everest. nagmumukha siyang matagtag sa kin gawa ng leaf springs. so i'll narrow down to 2, the fort and ms.
now, as for the 2, nasikipan ako sa fort. i myself got to see the interior at ang masasabi ko, ang sikip sa loob. kung exterior ang usapan, nagkaroon lang ng projectors ang fort. pero ang ms, new design. interior wise, maganda ang ms.
my choce, go for the ms...
oo nga pala sir, ano po ba gusto ninyo, 4x2 or 4x4? though kahit na anong variant, eh ms pa rin
Exactly my question. Why does it have to be done all at the same time? They were already doing...
