Accent 1.6 GLS Blue vs City 1.5 E? Gimme the Accent. More space, wider powerband, better looks inside and out, more features.
I don't find it fair to compare the City 1.3S vs the Accent 1.4 GL, since the price difference is too huge. In that price range though I'd get a Yaris.

January 26th, 2013 06:12 PM #14Wala daw knocking issue ang accent 1.6. Kung sa features mas madami ang accent 1.6 kaysa city 1.5 based sa nakita ko.

January 28th, 2013 04:46 PM #16Knocking issues ng accent are only limited sa gas engines nila. Di nila forte talaga ang gas engines. Pero sa Diesel, hyundai is the best and most advance among the known diesel car manufacturer dito sa Asia..

Inupdate po ng Hyundai ang ECU ng Accent 1.4MT/AT nila.. but the problem is for me malakas parin sya sa gas.. i traded my Accent 1.4MT to a Accent 2010 CRDi since nag 7-8km/L City Driving ako dun sa Accent 1.4MT.. no Knocking since upgraded na ECU pero lamon naman pag dating sa consumption.
Some of my Team Accent PH co-members reports na some of them ok naman daw consumption im not sure if nag pa update sila ng ECU. Some said na un mga di nag pa update ng ECU matipid sila sa gas they can do 10-12km/L on city driving.
