Can you break down what the cost of the oil change because on my first 1000km I only spent P4000 on the Santa Fe which is 6 liters of fully synth. P500/L X6 = P3000 for the oil (Motul fully synth) tapos yung oil filter plus some other miscellaneous. Labor was free for first 1000km and 5000km care of HARi. So I am quite astound pano umabot ng P6000 yung Tucson?

As for the benefits of fully synth its better in lubricating the engine, its lubricating qualities also last longer and it does not burn easily so mas matagal bago palitan than mineral oil.

Top up is adding oil to replace the old one. For example 6L ang SF tapos after 5000km naging 5L na lang natira add another 1L. Sa 10,000km palitan lahat regardless of kung may tira pa...

No its optional. Fully syths last longer. Kapag nag mineral oil ka every 5000 dapat palit.

Just use mineral oil and have more frequent oil change. This is better than having to use synthetic oil for a longer period. At least, the oil is fresher and cleaner that way.

IMO, using synthetic oils for vehicles, you'll just keep for 3 to 5 years, is not really worth it. You're just doing the next owner a big favor.
