In my experience. The City was quite noisy compared to the Vios. I was even able to hear a conversation when passing by people at a slow speed. 80kph in the city felt like 80kph unlike in the Vios where the road noise was still quiet. Lots of cars these days when you go 80kph feels much less.
The interior of the Vios is much cleaner than that of the City. I don't like both interiors up front of each car actually. I really dislike the orange lights of the City, and the HUGE hazard light between the 2 aircondition vents at the center console.
The city is simple n clean, nothing special. well except for the cup holders that are up near the dash.
The assumption that the vehicle runs on the road, the ECU is more than likely a match. Try cleaning...
