My wife drives a 2010 Vios 1.3E AT, from day one up until now ... no regrets!
Pro's
FC
10-11 kms/litre mixed highway and city driving
19-20 kms/litre on highway driving (100-120 kph)
Maintenance
Easy on the pocket. Last 40K (major) PMS, I spent around 6500 on parts and labor at Toyota casa. Lube services every 5K cost around 2200 to 2500 on parts and labor.
Cons
Taxi looks ang Vios ... yun lang!Last edited by lowslowbenz; December 28th, 2012 at 10:30 PM.

December 30th, 2012 09:44 AM #35If you look around while on the streets, how many non-taxi vios' will you see? The number is very notable, and it says about reliability and bang for the buck the said car. Only down side of the Vios (1.3), is accelerating from full stop, minsan namamatayan pa ako, comparing against Honda Civic kasi .

December 31st, 2012 01:43 PM #36vios for overall headache-lessness..
my experience with 1.3 or 1.4 li engines with MT, is that the engine sometimes dies when accelerating from stop, or when going up a bridge. an AT should solve this.
taxi look? who cares? the people in my workplace can buy a new car every year if they wish, but they don't care what the other person drives, as long as they don't have to push it to start it.. heh heh.

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
