are there places there, that cater to monthlies instead of daily/hourly rates?
monthly rates might be cheaper...

You can check the condos within the area for parking slots for rent. Some condo unit owners have their unit and their parking slot rented out separately.

In my office at McKinley Hills, the building charges a monthly parking rate of 3k+. However, we are given free parking slots.

Sm aura ata 2.5k or 3k/mo. Kaso may tulo ang parking dun hehe.

Alam kung mejo mura sa market2x. Kaso open parking space.

oh well...I think bibigyan siya ng parking slot doon sa building na pinagtatrabahuhan niya...besides, PM kasi ang position niya sa isang company in BGC. Actually, mayroon siyang service car pero hindi niya pwedeng iuwi sa bahay nila (for official work/business use only)

That's monthly. He rents a condo parking slot. Most parking areas in BGC kasi P40 for first 4 hours then P50 succeeding. So if he comes in at 8 am and leaves at 6 pm, that's P340/day. So P250 is relatively cheap na.

In Central square they charge P100 per succeeding hour haha

Market market and aura are cheap but it's far from the office buildings. And I agree sa Aura bumabaha nga e

Anyway it's good that parking won't be an issue.

Hi guys, medyo pabago-bago ang isip ng friend ko... Gusto naman niyang tumingin ng second hand cars.. Aside from PsBank warehouse, saang warehouse ng banks ako pwedeng makakahanap ng second hand cars, or any other place to buy second hand cars na recommended?
