Why?
1. Nissan has the worst casa service. Mitsubishi isn't far behind though. Imagine dealing with them for the next 5 years of your life. Hell on earth.
2. I test drive the 4x4 Navara. Very impressive. Lots of power on tap. When I looked at their 4x2, I walked away. The 4x4 has all the mojos you need.
3. But then again, I'm using it for city driving most of the time and occasional hauling, so I don't need 172 horsepower. A 4x4 Strada is adequately enough, 160hp. Navara's pickup bed is BIGGER and WIDER too, but I don't haul BIG cargo all the time.
4.Navara's body is bigger and the turning radius bigger too. My parking space is small. My friends always wonder how I can park a pickup inside a small lot. Strada has the smallest turning radius, very helpful.
5. Although I'm not yet a formal member, Strada club rocks. Just reading their topics helped me a lot.
6. Forget the aircon issue. My girlfriend complains how freezing Strada's aircon is.
7. The stock HU of Strada plays USB, has 6 speakers VS 4 from Navara.
8. Riding comfort is about the same. I find Strada's ride softer though.
9. Navara's stock height is low. They brag that they have the tallest ground clearance in their brochure. Lies.
10. I'm a fan of box shaped pickups. Navara edge my Strada a bit in this deparment. But Strada's look is still growing on me.
