It depends on your preference and way of use.
If gagamitin mo as people mover ng more than 12, eh Hiace Commuter ka nalang, or pwede rin GL or SG kung less than 12.

Starex kasi more of car's suspension ang feeling nya. Matagtag lang talaga Hiace kahit Commuter man yan or GL, SG.

But remember mas dependable ang toyota in the long run, compared to Hyundai.

How about the Toyota D4D engine issue?

Pero naka captain na ata yan sg at gs gold?
GS Gold has 2nd row captain's chairs, with a jumpseat option in the middle.

    *Harangody,
Wouldn't the more car-like Previa be more comfortable for your lolo? How much space do you really need for him?

Pa-test drive mo ng Starex yung may ayaw sa Hyundai.

Between the two variants you're considering, i'd get the Starex. For lolos and lolas though, they may prefer the likes of a Previa (by order only), Alphard, Odyssey, Town and Country, etc.

Or kung gusto nila lolo at lola, Kia Carnival. Yung LWB can seat 8 and rides like a car para hindi matagtag

My Lolo, Lola and handicapped Tita commonly use the Carnival LWB. Comfy ride, spacious and low step-in height/ minimum climb. 8 seater for loading.

Kulang yung seats nung Previa at Alphard, yung Carnival naman, wala silang tiwala sa brand. Nung nag out of town kasi kami last week, 3 Fortuner pa yung ginamit.

Maganda nga yung alphard , kaya lang ang lakas sa gas nito, lalo sa out of Town hehehe
