CX5 vs Fortuner

Budget is 1.5M max but I want to know if the P400k difference is worth it in the long run. Kung long term investment siya worth roughly the same amount then I might still go for the CX5. Pero kung hindi naman ganun kasama ang Hyundai baka mag Tucson nalang ako.

if you can easily afford the 400K, then it's worth it.
if you can afford it but only with difficulty, then it ain't worth it.

long term investment? cars? no such thing! that's something only an SA will say.
how can anything that only but loses market value with time, be an investment?
