Yup but binawi nila sa monthly payments. Mas mahal pa rin lalabas compared to bank rates without "discounts". Have to say, these dealers are getting creative.

Let say kung same interest rate sila sa bank...
Same lang ba ang ang matitipid if ang discount is sa SRP na 100k at sa discount sa DP?

Banks have online loan calculators. If you compute for the same DP and term you'll find that most big commercial banks are cheaper.

Reason why I think these "discounts" are so sneaky.

Correct but the way they are giving the discount is through DP instead in SRP price...
Like instead DP no is 200k, 100K na lang...

Where as if the SRP is 1.6M, less 100k discount, new price will be 1.5M and DP will be based on that price...

Binbabawi din nila sa interest. Sa banks kung ang interest is 28% for 5 yrs, inhouse is around 20% more. Bukod pa sa required pa na sa kanila ka din kukuha ng insurance which is jacked up din.
