I agree! Btw, if you mean beginner, does that mean you will buy another car after more or less 5yrs? If its just for moving around the city, consider the small ones (picanto, wigo, spark, mirage, etc) as this is much cheaper compared to the common sedans around the city (honda, vios, etc) then once you are accustomed with driving just replace them with the ones you truly like.

How about swift mga sir? Nirerecommend ko din ito since decent looks, cheaper the most sedan.

Swift 1.2 is fun to drive and you have 170mm ground clearance. Mataas yun! PERO... hindi isya CVT. So baka gusto mo mag Mirage 160mm yun.

    Lady driver,

Ikaw mukhang single kaya wala ka mautusan na boyfriend.

Sa choice mo pakitanggal vios. Ang bumibili na lang nyan mag uber, company car or taxi. Have some life. Babae ka pa naman. Arte artehan mo naman

Ang pwede mo ipalit sa vios eh yaris. And check some nissan, maganda hubog pag tumatagal.

City and ecoport parahe maganda though duda ako sa automatic trans ng ford.

Maganda bring someone to accompany you para itest drive. Hindi pwede hanggang tingin lang. Dapat may subok bago bili. Feel the car if smooth ba or nakakahilo.

The base BRV is a better buy than the TOTL Mobilio. With the BRV, you get higher ground clearance and a nicer interior.

Yes, same maintenance cost because they share the same engine and underpinnings.

However, it's not right to say that all Hondas have the same maintenance costs. Maintenance costs may be similar between a Mobilio, BRV, City, and Brio, but a CRV and Accord will definitely be more expensive to maintain.

Anyway, bottomline, running costs are the same a Mobilio and BRV, and between a Mobilio RS and BRV S, the BRV is a better buy.

With most japanese brands like Honda, Toyota, Nissan and Mazda, you would not need to worry about maintenance costs during the first few years of ownership. BUT during the regular 5000km tune up or maintenance intervals, you'll need to be a bit sharp on the list of things to be changed or used. Especially stuff to be used because casa have this bad habit of using 3rd party (overpriced) oil and fuel additives in the almightly so-called name of longevity of your vehicle... which is a farce. It just gives the casa more profit, period. So when the list of items to be used on your car is presented to you, do not be shy to tell them to NOT use the STP oil addtive or fuel cleaner etc. Your wallet will thank you and your car will run just as good without all that junk.
