Hello to all. Next year, I will be purchasing either a Mitsubishi Adventure or an Isuzu Crosswind. I'm going to sell my 92 sentra a/t kasi... maraming problema!

I've been looking at the Crosswind because the price is pretty good. But then again, i like the Adventure. I'm not sure which one to get. So I'm asking if any of you have any input on which one i should get.

I do have a couple questions though. What's the price of the adventure? i've checked the mitsubishi site..n they dont show the price. Yung Mura ha N how's the room inside both of them? Spacey? KC i plan on doing a lot of travelling when we get out new AUV. This is the first time we're going to own a brand new car, we have always bought 2nd hand cars, so this is a big thing. Also, how is the fuel consumption for each?

ANY input regarding the two vehicles would be great help, your opinions are welcomed! Thanks in advance!

sir if you're going to buy next year pa, why dont you wait for Mitsubishi Zinger? it rumored to be Adventure's replacement.

it should also have a more modern Hyper Crdi engine.

btw, i own an adventure and i love it so much.

Onga, i saw that sa mall. Maganda talaga. Budget ko kc is.. about 800K-850K. So with that, i'm going for the lower end models of the Adventure n Crosswind. Pero..if that Zinger is in my price range..i'd look into that. What's the price po para sa Adventure? I've been looking for the price n cant find the price on their site.

KrisKros: IMHO, you're better off with an Innova. Pasok na pasok sa budget mo, classier pa tingnan.

crosswind - rock solid, fuel efficient, strong pang ilalim, matalbog, mas mahal nang konti

adventure - mas tahimik ang diesel kaya lang 4d56 daw ay notorious (sabi ng company mechanic namin, though he didnt elaborate), mas masikip sa loob, less fuel-efficient than crosswind

if i am to choose, i will choose the crosswind because of its sturdiness, the diesel efficiency and the space. pwede na rin i-factor in yung looks nya.

between the two... I'll go with the Crosswind. though horror stories about Isuzu after-sales service is a big TO.

though if it were upto me... I'd stretch my budget to 900K and get a Kia Sedona instead.

    crosswind ... mas pogi :-)

you may want to look for good 2nd hand crosswind as well. dami yata nagbebenta ng unit nila due to the new model release. my friend luckily got a Mar'05 XUV M/T for P790k last week. sa manila bulletin posted yung ad - check out website din.

Adventure super sport. 4D56 is bulletproof, My father-in-law's adventure has almost 200k on its odometer but still going strong (never overhauled, no oil leaks). Spare parts are more abundant and cheaper compared to crosswind. Crosswind has a better fuel economy though.

Actually, I was looking to get either a Corolla or Civic..lower end models..then I thought.. if i added a little more money...n i can get either advenure or crosswind. So, i'm already stretching my budget. Kasi, mahilig ako mag outing, especially sa weekends. sometimes i take my mother n my titas out... n minsan i take my cousins to watch pba games sa cuneta... or when i go out to the alabang malls, syempre, i take family or friends with me. kc sa tsikot..siksikan kmi..at least sa AUV.. medyo luwag. It seems an AUV would fit my lifestyle more than a car. I heard many good comments on the innova, pero, ayoko sa van, it makes me feel old..lol..like i should have a family already. Maybe i'll buy one for my dad someday

Salamat sa mga comments n suggestions. Plz continue if you have anything to say about the two vehicles. I'll most likely go down to a Isuzu dealership n get a test drive, same with mitsubishi.

Top Gear rated crosswind the last among four options for the big test among auv's; innova, everest, adventure, crosswind.
