Are there AE92s with power steering? I read from a thread that the last batch already had, but I'm don't know if it's true.

A little more over a hundred thou can get you a Sentra ECCS. It has all the power features you need. For a lady driver, the car has to be power steering and reliable. An AE101 XE is also a good choice. It's got an economical, sturdy engine with just about enough oomph for a newbie.

    umzzzzz,

wag honda...mahal pa pyesa. and besides mahirap maghanap ng 100k na honda in good condition. dami ka na rin ipapagawa if ever meron.
very true, its a bit expensive compared to other brands but there definitely is a good reason for that and its worth every single cent even until the time you decide to sell it (i.e. everything else being equal). it maybe hard to find one, kinda looking for a needle in a haystack, but if indeed you find one, that's opportunity you should think twice or even more before letting go.

however, i'd also go for a nissan sentra as another option and the merits were already mentioned by our fellow tsikoteers..

Kia Pride A/T... or a Sentra. I think im keeping my 92 Sentra when we get a Xwind.. i was going to sell it for 110K but 100K would be my final. I need a car for work.

But a Kia Pride would be best even with A/T. u save gas, it's compact..you can park anywhere, n they aren't expensive at all. Get the Hatchback type. I was at a car shop, n ther was a 2003 Kia Pride sedan style for 160K. But I've seen kias being sold for 60-80K. You'd have an extra 20-40K for ur sound system, or for shopping!

Yun 100k mo ipang down mo na lang for a nicer car o newer model. Hirap na masiraan kasi girl yun mag ddrive. It's like buying her a good car o pa commute mo na lang sya, baka mas maging hassle pa yun car for her kung panay sira.

Thanks po sa lahat ng nag reply, since prices of used cars are going down I may be able to affor a 91 to 93 model na sentra or lancer pa rin kung alin na lang siguro ang mauna kong makita na maganda body at engine,

they have their own merits and both are reliable base on my officemates that have experience owning one, mas maganda nga sana kung toyota or honda pero hindi na talaga kaya ng budget maybe next year pag bumaba pa uli ang prices ng used cars, bale ito na lang muna pag practice an niya para di masyado nakakadismaya pag nagasgasan he he

Lowest initial cash out for the Picanto is around Php 120,000 (kasama mortgage, insurance, rehistro) tapos around Php 9K/month for the next four years.
