    Baliktad naman sa akin. Yung sa 4AT I can just hold the brake if less than 60s, though madalas din na pag more than 30s neutral na, same as with the CVT. My thinking is that yung 4AT is fluid based while yung sa CVT eh pulley and belt driven so comparatively mas may friction siya.

    My 4AT is 15 years already running at 140,000kms. Wala namang problema sa transmission kahit once lang yata ako nakapagpalit ng transmission fluid. So basically yung fluid pa lang naging gastos ko sa transmission, whereas kung sa MT in that period maaring nakailang palit ka na ng clutch disk/plate depende how much of a clutch driver you are.

    it is how you use or abuse it.
    my 2005 5MT is at over 120K km already. it is still the original that came with the car from the factory.
    my 2003 4AT is over 100K km, and still shifts fine.
