Battle of the Transmissions: M/T vs. A/T

I still prefer manual coz i like shifting gears and you have more control of the car.

right now im driving m/t vehicles. i've been thinking kung bibili ako ng sasakyan if m/t o a/t. eto thoughts ko:

pag m/t:

- di makagala yung isang kamay lalo pag city driving (dadakma ng food... hihimas ng cellphone... pipindot ng HU)

pag a/t:

- what if baha? kaso yung habagat the deepest floods i've driven to was only 8 inches high. work to home byahe scenario yun. so no worries
- what if tumirik? kaso this is gonna happen probably on the 15th year or so of today's vehicles.
- less precision driving.

Ako din manual preference ko pero minsan napapaisip ako tuwing umuuwi ng probinsya pag holy week at xmas season pag nasa edsa. Nakakapagod other than that manual pa rin.

Tama sir yun lang drawback nya kapag traffic hehehe😄😥.... If automatic mas mahal maintenance and kapag brandnew kotse mas malaki mura ng mt vs automatic naglalaro sa 60k to 100 k...

Mas mura maintenance ng A/T pag alaga sa ATF changes. sa 21yrs ng vehicle namin ngayon lang nagpa transmission rebuild, yung previous owner kasi di masyado nagpapa change ng atf
