Can you give me pointers on how to check those you mentioned one by one ???

Checking for oil leaks : Checking for oil leaks | How a Car Works

Also check for water leaks. It means either sira na ang hose o pasira na ang water pump.

Electricals :
a) Using a tester, check the electrical output sa battery while engine is turned-off and while running.
b) check all lights, wipers, radio
c) check condition of power windows, central locks, etc.
d) check condition of engine bay wires and high tension wires.

Aircon:
a) Have the car idle for a while with aircon off. Cabin should be cool enough, depending on the thermostat setting.
b) Rev up the engine while A/C is on, dapat hindi nagbabago ang buga ng hangin.
c) Check for sounds coming from the engine while AC is on.

Suspension:

a) Check for sounds while driving
b) Silipin ang CV boot
c) Turn the steering wheel while stopped. Dapat walang sound.
d) Drive the car and feel every sound that comes from underneath.
e) Dalahin mo sa lubak lubak na daan and sa may mga humps to check for shocks condition. Pag may bounce, sira na ang shocks.
f) Silipin mo condition ng joints and bushings kung kaya mo.
g) Kung kakayanin, try mo ihataw oto ng hanggang 90 kph to check for faulty axle bearings.


Radiator

Turn the engine off and cool it down for around 15-20 minutes, then open the radiator cap. Inspect the radiator cap and check the condition dun sa nguso. Dapat walang libag o langis. Pure coolant lang dapat makikita mo.

Check condition ng coolant sa reservoir.

Temperature

Observe the temperature gauge while idling, without AC, with AC and while driving....

Others:

a) check sound while idling baka butas na ang exhaust system.
b) check idling kung erratic... baka sira na o madumi ang throttle body.
c) check for engine bay squeaks baka palitin na ang mga belts.
d) get maintenance record if available.... things to look for are timing belt replacement, water pump replacement
e) rev it and see if there is smoke coming from the tail pipe.
f) check to see if there is smoke coming out of the tail pipe while idling.
g) check condition of tires
h) check condition of flooring baka nabubulok na. mas maganda kung masilip mo yung ilalim.

Madami pang checks dyan that I really cannot enumerate here. Kung bagito ka lang, try to bring a friend who knows about cars or a trusted mechanic.
