By the way, just to share, am getting better than 5km per liter with my CX9 at an average speed of 13kph, dahil medyo traffic sa mga dinaanan ko especially along Shaw and Ramon Magsaysay as well as around Ortigas CBD. On board computer shows 19.2 liters per 100km (~5.2 km per liter). Not bad!
This means I can still get to 6km per liter pag walang traffic within the city. This is encouraging result so far! Test ko later sa highway.

Analyze this:
Chevrolet Trailblazer - P1.718M + P85k media accessories + P13k LTO + priority for in-house financing or bank financing + 3% (10% in one dealer) DI
Mazda CX9 - P1.799M/P1.899M, media accessories included, free LTO, stocks available for any transaction (cash, bank PO, in-house) and DI is 0.5%
And they are at totally different class level.
Chevrolet TBZ competes with Mitsu Montero, Toyota Fortuner, Ford Everest, Isuzu Alterra.
Mazda CX9 competes with Chevy Traverse, Ford Explorer, Dodge Durango, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander and Hyundai Veracruz.
See this link where a detailed comparo was done and guess which one brought home the award...

prior to price adjustment made by mazda, i would say that the new santa fe (gray market) would be the top choice. but with the new price, the cx-9 is a bargain. congrats again sir. definitely a very wise choice.
