Ive decided, of this two. CRV for me!!!!
For the 2.4L CRV and 3.0L Outlander GLS at almost 1.45M.
CRV 2.4L edition has more features than this GLS models. Lalo na sa safety features.

i dont think it will be the case..the mazda 6 is just too boy racer thats why no self-respecting executive will buy it..theyll go for the more luxurious camry and accord.besides buyers of midsize luxury sedand usually have their drivers..which offsets the handling advantege of the 6..

in the case of the outlander..it is versatile..you can stick to normal driving or have some fun if your on the mood..its a cuv like any other out i the market..just better looking and more fun.

had a chance to compare both units na... outlander has no leather seats, side airbags, stability control, even aux input sa GLS variant, yun nga lang lamang sa engine.. and for me looks better.. pero value for money talaga yun crv kahit ganun itsura nya... pero ang tagal dumating na crv tagal na ko nag order... yung outlander may pag kukunan kaagad..

Kung sa style/porma at naiiba (pra maiba naman) i go for Outlander

But when it terms to safety which is my priority vehicles equiped with (esp) electronic stability controll is a winner for me, CRV has a VSA (vehicle stability assist) term ng Honda when it comes to this safety feature. This safety feature will really save you from your wrong driving behavior when it comes to panic driving situation.

    Its just my opinion.

In terms of safety, Mitsubishi also had a VSC but it doesnt have the same name IMHO.

    agreed.

not to mention, Outlander has Tri-Mode 4WD. What does CR-V has again? ohhh, the real-time AWD

so it all boils down to which or what are your priorities.

customers will expect leather seats at these price points and not having these will be a letdown and will most likely negatively affect customers' buying decisions.

Yup, it's ASC (Active Stability Control), similar to the traction control of the EVO, but the best thing is that you can turn it on and off anytime with a push of a button

not really... with or without a leather seat... you cannot judge the outlander as a bad vehicle in its price... Its a pure drivers car that meets your passion as an avid motorist.

    The CR-V is damn boring.

The front is damn fugly, the 4x4 model has lots vibration, the K24 engine ng 4x4 is noisy (old-engine), the 4WD model gets ugly stock rims and the A/T has no manual mode (yet a Fit/Jazz and Civic 2.0 AT have this ).

The only nice variant is the 2.0 model (which has the newer R20 engine) but even then, it doesn't have 4WD/AWD (which you can have as standard in the Forester &/or Outlander).

With that in mind, I guess Honda is pricing this car with a cheap price....because it is cheap (like cheapshit)

You'd be better off with a Forester or Outlander instead.

i agree that the exterior of the outlander is WAY WAY BETTER, medyo ayaw ko lang kasi yung loob... fabric seats, arm rests of the doors are fabric also, worst part is they are colored CREAM!! tapos di pa optitron yung gauges

wala din pala pearl white yung outlander... solid white lang cya

kung puwede ko lang pag samahin labas ng outlander at loob ng crv...

I love my new CRV, ganda talaga. Appealing to people and great handling. The new CRV in not cheap, coz its price above the tribute, escape, xtrail etc. dapat satisfied yung bumili accordingly to the price that it has. And whats hapening now, is that more and more people are buying the CRV, dami na nga pila, hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe.

    So lets get it on!!!!!!!!!!

Outlander wins if most aspects except perhaps in brand image..

Maybe in 1 or 2 more model changes, most people will have forgotten that Mitsubishi intentionally kept car defects from the public. I think it even caused one of their executives to commit suicide right?

Sorry, but I beg to disagree, Outlander has ASC (Active Stability Control) as standard, actually it's better bacause you can switch it off if you want to play around. I know, I have one

Daimler Chrysler executives are the one who should commit suicide for polluting the brand image of Mitsubishi and Benz.

Is yours the new local Outlander? I just looked at the brochure and, sadly, found no mention of the ASC.

tipid sa brochure ang MMPH... Lets try to ask a dealer instead. I think Wala nga MASTC sa Pajero Brochure ng MMPH which is available to all New Pajero's.

2007 CRV vs 2007 Outlander
