I think I'll go for outlander, when kaya nila release it here i want to see it actual base on the website where i saw it. It seem to be nice and powerfull and the design for me is excellent. I hope I can see one here na hehehe......
Sir yun balita mo that is so 1990s... wala na kong nababalitaan na ganyan recently sa bagong models.. puro yung late 80's at 1990s model ang may defect. As a Japanese company who would put quality as priority malamang lampaso na lahat yang mga problema na yan.
And I wouldn't expect an objective answer from a Honda owner like you![]()
Let's just say with all things being equal between those two cars, it now boils down to their after sales support i.e the casas. Unless you have a brand preference talaga.
Just the other month I saw a space gear at servitek kung saan bumibili ako ng gulong -- nagpapa-align after 2 months. Akala daw niya normal lang yun. Sabi ko ako din nung naka-lancer ako akala ko normal din yun.Companies should know if they come out with lemons that customers experience, dekada ang parusa.Baka pag nabawasan yung mga mitsu na nadadaanan ko sa Servitek na nagpapa-align ma-consider ko yan. Pero on pure specs? I don't think so. Their worthiness will only show 5-6 years down the road kung relatively trouble-free pa din siya, sabi nga ni Dekra.
Sabihin nalang natin "To each his own..."
Anyway, nobody ever said buying a car was an objective endeavor. First thing an SA is taught is "people buy with their eyes". Looks is always an issue of subjectivity.
It'll all play out once both the CRV and Outlander get here... Ako, I'm restricting my opinions till I see them both in person.![]()
that's precisely my point, how can we say that both cars are equal if we consider the spec sheets and corresponding price of both models???![]()
However, if one reviews the specs and features, it seems that there are numerous features and spec advantage in favor of the outlander - so the actual question is - is the [H] badge enough to outweigh the spec and feature advantage of the mitsu? - IMHO i don't think so![]()
Ok guys, base sa number ng nag post, Outlander win over CRV. Lets see kung ma maintain ng Outlander ang masa in the long run.
Im for Outlander also![]()
i saw both an All new Outlander and All new CRV.
parehong white within metro manila...
i must say, in looks alone. ang ganda talaga ng Outlander. although it looks big on photos... parang 06 RAV4 lang ang ichura nya... i mean, size wise...
hmm. based on CNN news. survey says that The 2007 Outlander is one of the most reliable mini SUVs on the US market.... Not only the Outlander,, but even the 2006-7 eclipse is most reliable too.. do the research before judging the cars..price of outlander is 1.4m on GLS and 1.6m on the GLS sport w/ 650w Rockford Fostgate Sound system +
value for money = CRV
japorms = outlander
Just saw an Outlander in one of Mitsu's showrooms the other day. Exterior looks bland, pero the inerior has a lot of amenities and specs suggest it probably is more fun to drive compared to the CRV.
I also recently received an invitation for the launching party for the new CRV. At least after the 24th I'll be able to make a more informed decision.![]()
I see a lot of references to consumer guide reports - personally i don't trust their recommendations since they are greatly influenced by their sponsors - there was a long discussion about this somwhere in the net. Again ask for a test drive - styling is subjective of course - what might be bland to some maybe elegant and streamlined for others. So again we go back to specs, features and overall driving experience in making a decision which will show that the CRV spec sheet is bland compared to that of the outlander
Galing ako ng MIAS and all I can say I in terms of practicality & functionality... CRV gets my vote... for 2 reasons... it's easier to change your tires wth the CRV than the outlander and it is very very spacious inside...
Outlander is a very close 2nd... more sporty, more space than a Pajero & Hyundai Vera Cruz, and pogi points for the owner!
its like this..if u want a car that everybody has..get the crv..if u want somenting unique and stands out on the road..get the outlander..both cars are outsanding.,though on specs, features and technology alone, the outlander is way above the competition with its superb mitsu 4x4 tech, sporty styling, competitive pricing(almost 350k cheaper than a 4x4 rav!) and unique features such sa the paddle-shifters and tailgate. its also has a booming sound system with a sub!! my vote goes to the outlander![]()
Honda will sell more crv's becuase of the H badge but for overall value and satisfaction. the outlander wins.
get a proper test drive - I have driven the new outlander and even though it was only for a very limited distance - i can assure you that this vehicle is really fun to drive - acceleration is simply explosive yet very smooth (V6 is like butter) - don't purchase vehicles blindly!
The specs of the Outlander are indeed impressive. However, I’m seeing shades of the mazda6, camry, and accord paradox here. The sportier mazda6 appeals to younger buyers who can’t afford it while those who can afford it will probably choose the camry or accord.
In the case of the sportier Outlander, it will most likely appeal to younger buyers who can’t afford it. Those who can afford it, however, will probably go for the CRV.
As for me, my vote goes to the Outlander… which might mean I can’t afford it or I’m still young…or not,he,he
