What to buy for a 1st timer like me?

If looking for something used, get a Jazz or City (2009 to 2013). If you can get a used Altis or Civic for the same price as a used City/Jazz, I would say go for that.

Okay pa po ba mga ganyan kahit mataas na odo meter? Iniisip ko kasi baka maubos lang extra money ko for repair and maintenance.

When buying used, check for everything. Not all low mileage cars are in good condition. Even though some cars have higher mileage than usual but if the owner has kept it maintained, then it is probably in good shape.
