Tanong lang mga tsikoteros.
Pwede ko ba benta car ko kahit di ko pa napapatransfer sa akin ang rehistro?
If yes. How do i draft the deed of sale? sino ang seller? yung previous owner or me? or co-seller ako?

maybe...
attach mo yung deed of sale between you and the previous owner. kung acceptable naman dun sa buyer ng car mo.
mas maganda kung asikasuhin mo na ang transfer of ownership sa LTO. may website ang LTO, try mo dun.

pwede rin na from the previous seller, straight na sa bebentahan mo. less money spent for LTO paperworks.
e di parang 2nd hand pa rin ;)

pwede pare. tama si zero. dapat kumpleto lang deed of sale from the previous owner to you and from you to your buyer.
the seller should be you na, dahil i-aattach mo yung previous deed of sale between you and yung previous owner mo eh.
another option is kung makokontak mo pa yung previous owner, na for him to execute another deed of sale between himself and your buyer. kung baga parang dealer lang dating mo.

salamat sa reply mga amigos. hehe
so pwede pala yun, i'll just prepare new DoS, and attach d old DoS. Sa palagay ko naman di sya magkaproblema sa LTO pag transfer na nya ownership dahil notarized naman both DoS.
Out of the country na kasi yung previous owner kaya di ko na makokontak. Tinatamad naman akong i-transfer pa sa name ko since next year pa naman due nya for registration, balak ko sana before e isabay transfer and registration.

pano ginagawa yan? minsan kasi iniisip ko mag buy n sell ng kotse pero pano? dapat ba yung bibilihan ko ng car ang deed of sale namin blank lang yung sa "price" na part, at sa "sold to" na part, tapos pipirma sya then ang ilalagay ko sa "sold to" yung name na ng buyer ko and then ako na din maglalagay ng new price(may konting profit na syempre ;). tama ba ?
