AT versus MT is always a personal decision, tempered with what one's available for driving.
it is always nice, to have a choice.

Yeah I still want to know the basics even if I might not even use it anymore. But that's just me.

Just like I know how to take manual BP with mercury device when most at home use automatic/digital na

these days kahit crash course in M/T ok na. they don't have to be an expert at it. added knowledge yan, helps them ride motorcycles later on, or bajaj tuktuk when i was a kid given training on driving a PH-style tricycle in addition to driving 4 wheeled

Get a proper car with AT. Hinde na kailangan matuto ng MT. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve driven a MT car.

Hinde na talaga applicable yun need ng practice car tapos kailagang manual dahil mabilis na lang AT.

di naman importanteng life skill ang marunong mag drive ng MT

there are other more important life skills that kids need to learn

Ako doc, I don't know how to drive MT.
If given an MT car, I will definitely try to learn it.
But for now, I don't have an urge to learn how to drive an MT car.

again... my daughter learned MT para lang makatipid ako sa A1.

pero honestly, kanina pa ako nagiisip ng reason why she should learn to drive MT.

is there a hybrid/EV na manual right now? kahit outside PH?

    i have mt and at.
    every morning,
i wrestle, deciding what i'm driving today, MT or AT.
each has its pros and cons.
