maganda talaga mam test drive mo lahat, then kung san ka comfortable saka pamilya mo plus ma-meet requirments mo plus pasok sa budget naman, un na kunin mo, baka kasi malito ka na sa dami ng description saka specs ng sasakyan na nasabi nila take note mo lahat ng pros and cons ng bawat sasakyan itest drive mo..just my opinion

Hehehe. Dami na nga Innova sa daan. Lalo na sa mga parkingan.
Minsan nga nalito 'yung apo ko kasi 2 ang katabi kong Innova.
Isa tulad ko G, 'yung isa V naman. Parehong- parehong silver.
Pinilit ba namang buksan 'yung isa, eh di nag alarm.
Buti na lang nandoon lang 'yung driver, natawa rin lang.

Kung marami ang Innova, it means its bang for the buck. It means maraming satisfied owners and well recommended kahit may known issues for both gas and diesel versions.

Anung ayoko? diba nga that was my 1st choice kasi my mom said ang dami ng INNOVA so go for Livina and with the reviews mukhang okay naman...and oo nga sinasakop na tayo ng INNOVA.

Hmmm... if you're planning to get a new car in 2-3 years then the Innova could work for now, assuming your make up trunk would fit in half the space for the 3rd row. The yaya and some kids could take the 2nd row, your elder kid could take half the 3rd row, and whatever things could be placed in the front seat or behind the 3rd row or on top of the trunk. It's a squeeze for the time being.

Carnival would be better IMO. Though it technically seats as many as the Innova, it does so more comfortably. And those seats are western sized. Plus there's all this room for luggage. With all rows up, there's still generous room behind the 3rd row. When all rows are down, there's a helluva lot more room. Thing balikbayan boxes. 3rd row split folds so you can have gear and put someone at that last row and not worry if he or she is comfy.

The Innova would be a better daily driver because of its smaller size. If you have MU engagements, it would be easier to park at tight venues. But in terms of people and cargo loading, it can't beat the Carnival.

How much of a problem is vertical and horizontal clearance? Have a problem with vertical clearance in our basement parking so the GS cannot fit in one of our slots.

Girls, if am getting an Innova I have to copy and paste your explanation here and tell it to mom and should it come with other color na lang siguro.
May case ako na sabi sa akin ang sasakyan nung guy is Avanza na black "andito na ako", may huminto sa harap ko na avanza na black sakay ako at sabay kwento, and when I realized bakit ang tahimik yun pala na shock sila sino ako!

Why my mom, kasi my mom gives me extra when I need eh, mas mukha pa nga syang mommy ng mga anak ko LOL si hubby okay na yun anyway he drives his sister's accent and super busy yun

Kia Carnival?uhmmm... I can't remember when was the last time I saw a Carnival. Last night katabi namin sa parking sa Carens, parang maliit din pala yun.

suspense pa talaga if innova or other car ang kunin kung san ka masaya mam, wag mo isipin ano un sabihin ng iba kapag happy ka sa choice mo ok lang un kaw naman gagamit nun car...

Who among you here naka Carnival? I visited the Kia thread and it seems quiet.

Pros:

- The carnival (whether the SWB or the LWB) for me is more spacious than the innova. Even the SWB version has generous 3rd row legroom compared to the innova. Fill it will adults and it will still have some space at the back for luggage, especially the LWB version.
- The carnival's engine is incomparable with the innova d4d, both on power and torque. Lakas ng hatak and does not feel like the powerband is already fleeting on highway speeds.
- Both pretty easy to drive and park
- The carnival wins in the comfort department. Feels like riding/driving a Toyota Sienna.
- Rear end of the current gen carnival is SUV'esqe looking compared to the Innova which screams "AUV!!!"
- Interior and amenities can be considered plush compared to Innova.

Cons:
- Carnival is more expensive
- Not as thrifty in diesel as an Innova but still miles ahead compared to a gasser
- I don't fancy it's front end in the looks department (very low snout)
- Parts may be more expensive in the aftermarket/replacement department. Casa parts I believe are at par with Toyota.


If I were in your shoes, I'd go for the carnival.
