Tanong lang po mga bros. Paano kumuha ng kopya ng orig CR.

Ganito kasi nangyari. Hiniram yung kotse namin tapos pinalinis bago ibalik.

Just hold on to the photocopy of the OR/CR in case kailanganin for verification.

apply ka lang ng affidavid of loss, you may need to provide proof of ownership, then go to the LTO where the car was first registered to have a duplicate made

i'm exactly going through the same ordeal. yung bibilhin ko na kotse, nawala nung owner cr pero may photocopy sya. he went to pangasinan pa talaga to get the duplicate. nirequire sya ng 2 photocopies of ID, affidavit of loss, certificate of true copy nung photocopy (sa east ave nya ata kinuha), and letter of proof na wala ng liabilities yung LTO branch sa kanya (notarized). hassle nga lang ang maraming suhol along the way.

Question guys - since the LTO branch will only release the duplication CR, will LTO honor that pag magpapatransfer na ako ng car under my name? Ano ba pwede nilang hanapin sakin aside frmo clearance sa PNP-TMG and MVIR?

Meron akong nabili from my officemate ng HONDA LXI 1996 2 yrs ago. Ngayon usapan namin is sya yung magaasikaso nun eh kaso nagkaproblema, na-ONDOY yung mga papers ng kotse ko including the CR and its photocopies. The only papers na meron lang ako right now is yung OR saka mga change of engine or motor lang. Ngayon the plan B is to go to the original owner of the car para pa-accomplishin ng affidavit of loss, 2 valid ids and deed of sale. Wala kasing deed of sale na nangyari. Open deed kasi sya. The owner is sa Antipolo pa so pinuntahan namin ng kaofficemate ko last June 12 and fortunately nahanap namin yung haws kaso unfortunately wala na yung owner dun and yung mother na lang ang nandun. Nasa US na raw yung may-ari according sa mother nya at medyo mahirap makontak. I need the CR badly kasi I'm planning to sell the car na by July. By all means po kung may masusuggest kayo na pedeng gawin patulong na lang po. Thanks po!
