Pictures muna ng crash. Glad everyone's ok.

W126, even before government required side impact beams, front and rear seatbelts, reinforced cabins, rollover protection, padded and flame retardant interiors, meron na siya. And this was in 1981! Add to that four wheel disc brakes, modern tires, fully independent suspension, etc.

Yung ibang 'modern' cars ngayon kulang pa din. hehehe.

The biggest used Mercedes lot I know is along Annapolis. If you're coming from EDSA, it will be to your right after passing Country Waffle. I'm not sure if they're stocking W126's now because last January they mostly had W124's and lots of classics (including a Php2.5M Adenauer limo, sp?).

Hello Otep diba may SD ka na white

Imagine that photo was taken at NLEX the accident happened because the bus in front pull a dead stop on the fast lane because he saw a tire that was in the middle of the highway hehehe the bus behind totally forgot to brake.

The NLEX police said we were lucky it was a BENZ otherwise if it was japanese car the driver and passenger won't be so lucky.

Sadly we have to say goodbye to this unit as it serve it's purpose as we always predicted and that is to save lives incase of accident and it did it's job well.

So we have no second thoughts to get a replacement for this one.

Is this the same lot that was displaying before in Pasig which is now R33 all special cars (expensive).

Yep, they were formerly on the R33 lot. Lumipat ng pwesto.

Sayang yung aluminum hood and trunk. Took the brunt of the impact. Ganyan katibay ang Benz. Even if the impact misses the areas designed for impact (the bumpers and chassis) kaya pa din niya i-manage ang crash forces and keep the cabin intact.

Yung W123, napigil yung buong trailer truck with just the passenger side A-pillar (pumailalim kasi). Bilib talaga ko sa tibay. Siyempre masaya ako kasi ako yung nakaupo sa front passenger seat that time.

dami na kami mga fender benders with Jeepney, Taxi, Bus and Tricycle but all the time we only have small dents or no damage at all but the Jeepney, Taxi, Bus and Tricycle would have huge damages Even if they are the once at fault we can't ask for compensation since on our side it's just nothing.

That's how strong this 126 are. You pound the hood and trunk of the 126 and there would be no marks or dents but if it was a Japanese car its a total different story.

I don't have the photo of the rear end of the sandwich 126 but it wedge in a V shape hehehe since the Victory Liner has a protruded tow hook in the middle. The car not looks like a bat mobile in the rear end.

MB W124. Driver had minor scratches (driver side airbag only). 3 passengers had body aches due to impact and from seatbelt restraint.
