That's an ROI of less than a year.
Di naman pyramid or illegal yan? Haha.

Sir chrolli
Kung everyday use + business appointment.
Vios and City, pareho po silang practical and + appeal lalo po kung merong business appointment,
1.6 displacement gasoline engine is off balance, kung yung price ng 1.5 and 1.6 compact sedan ay less than 100K, much better na kumuha na ng 1.6, bakit po?! hindi lang po yung displacement (bore and stroke) ang babayaran nyo in a certain unit, also the difference ng body frame structure, (practical expense) kung ma-offset naman yung payment thru cash, or in finance method, at di nagkakalayo yung price difference, same price or mas bumaba...much better to get the higher variant (1.6 for safety + optimal performance)
Third and last po, about sa FC and maintenance issue, since meron na po kayong innova, having a 2nd car, is already a very good option, maliban sa saving of the FC and maintenance, yung wear and tear ng bawat sasakyan, lessen din...(practical expenses again) kung each vehicles ay tumatakbo lang po ng 5000KMS a year, very efficient na....lessen ang gastos, the same time, hindi bugbog ang sasakyan...

Investing is easy enough to learn, if you want to. I was frustrated that personal finance was hardly ever taught in school, but I realized there's a wealth of material out there to self-study.
Of course, knowing the basics (stocks, MF, UITF, SDA, etc) is different from getting opportunities to invest in a business.

July 2nd, 2014 12:17 AM #38Has anyones seen the new Jazz? Parang on paper okay na yung 1.5V AT. Compared to the City 1.5E it seems to be a better choice altho a little more expensive.
I actually considered a 1.6 compact kaso sobrang stretched na talaga ang budget ko nun. Wala na akong pang-gas at toll. Lol. As for another innova, hindi din feasible due to parking space. Hindi kakayanin ng garahe namin ang 2 innova.
