personally, i am still skeptical about china cars' durability. probably after a few more years...

Doc i own 2 EV's.
One is over 1.5 years old the other is closing in on its 1 year anniversary.
no other car is better at its price point.
Test drive niyo ang mga EV;s then you will see why we arn't going back to ICE if we can.
Check out the higher end Chinese EV's and you will see the huge difference in luxury and tech at its price point.

But a lot of BYD owners have multiple car ownership. Observation ko it's those with money to burn that purchase BYDs because they can afford to risk on a Chinese car and/or replace it in 3 yrs. Majority of those that buy Toyotas are in it long term.

Hard to imagine driving an EV sa mga libliban na lugar most especially yung mga rural areas, all the more if sa long highway drives madalas gagamitin. Kahit Toyota pa tatak niyan walang kinalaman kung anong brand yan kasi isa yang infra issue. Pero yes, sobrang valuable if within the metro na daily usage lang talaga although alalay nalang sa rainy season.
