In house financing is traditionally more expensive due to higher interest rates. It is resorted to by those who have no access to bank financing or those who could not be approved due to some issues (pending litigation, credit findings, etc.).

But, to be sure, why don't you get a quote (based on the term of the in-house loan) from your agent and compare it with that of a bank? Don't rely too much on what the agent says.

Agree. Do your research.

Do your research.. Dito nga lang sa tsikot(ito ang sobrang nakatulong sa akin way back 2008 nung first time ko bumili ng brand new ng sasakyan).. Super bait mga tao dito.. Hindi ka magsisisi..👍👍👍

Almost double sa in-house. Update us sa quotation ng SA. Sabihin mo magpasa sya ng quotation

Sa tingin ko may pros and cons from both parties. If sa bank financing, mas mababa nga ang interest but you have to do all the papers and transaction. Sa In-house naman, you have the convinience, sila na bahala lahat as long as complete na mga requirements mo. Kaya mga katsikot baka may mas magandang payo or suggestion pa tayo jan.. TIA po.

Share ko lang po.. Since planning to get a car also by Feb., but not Innova.. I tried quotations sa bank and in house financing.. Eto po mga analysis ko:

    1. Mas mababa interest ng Bank. Though mas malaki ang DP (minimum 20%). Kung katulad ko na medyo hindi kaya ang buong 20% DP ng kukuning sasakyan, we have no choice but to go to in-house which will offer low DP.
    3. Hindi kasama sa Bank loans ang paperworks (LTO registration, Chattel Mortgage, Comprehensive Insurance) while sa in house sempre kasama na nila yan All-in. Kaya tama un sabi, which is more convenient for you.

Based on experience, there was a time when a certain bank was giving me a Jazz at 15%DP... The offer was based on our history with them (branch manager gave me a call)

But the lower the DP, the higher the loaned amount which will mean a bigger interest later... So we decided to say no (we didn't need the extra car anyway)

If you can, better pay the highest DP you can afford...
