Mas comfy parin vios kesa sa mirage. Pero mas bang for buck talaga si mirage dahil sa FC, at sa accessories.

the best hatchback for me is the very reliable, fuel efficient kia cd5. if you want power, you can have a mazda bp or z5 under its hood and viola, youll have power you want. maliban sa matibay at matipid sa gas, murang mura, 65k lang makakabili kana.

Not an apples to apple comparo. The vios here is an at while the mirage is mt. But based on the numbers, per full tank, 7 to 8 kpl ang vios while, 11 to 12 kpl ang mirage.

Kung efficiency Pala talaga... Walang tatalo sa accent...

    IMO best hatch Ang accent

Combination of power and efficiency... Cost per km. almost twice better than the next best competitor-- Sama mo na din re-sale value-- because it's a diesel...

    Mirage 12kpl / 120kms. = 10liters x Php34= php340/day x 24 days = Php8160/month x 12=Php 97,120/year

    Accent 16kpl/120kms. = 7.5x Php 25.= php187.50/day x
    24 days = php4,500/month x 12= php 54,000/year

    97,120 less 54,000 = Php 43,120 yearly savings...

In 5 years savings mo sa fuel--- Php 215,000

I compared pa yan sa lower variant Ng accent...

Kung sa Vios mas Malaki ang difference..

    Total Mileage 172,800kms.

Sa PMS nalang Ang hindi Ko alam kung Magkano...

Kung highway driving, mas ok ang vios or accent compared sa mga kotse na nasa 550k mark as most of them is vulnerable to crosswinds.

Btw, yung 16kpl ba ng accent is pure city driving?

From the other thread, kaya din daw 22kmpl yung new celerio...you will get the advantage of having a brand new unit i.e. warranty, better kit, and potentially lower maintenance cost. Newer, no high pressure components to go wrong-turbo and common rail, cheaper oil, etc. Might be sufficient to offset yung higher cost of fuel. You might want to consider as well if you really want to go the brand new route.

...and the vios is not a hatchback. Haha! So between the vios and mirage, the mirage will always be the better hatchback.😀

Ha. Ha... Oo NGa pala... Tingin Ko Sa Lahat NG subcompact hatch eh...

Celerio... Nga isa sa Pinaka efficient... Or no.1 sa efficiency..

    What about picanto?

May friend Ako may picanto naman.. Malaki daw ang difference sa consumo... Compare sa Vios.. She uses a Vios Dati.. And now an old picanto...

Sa quoted 16 kpl ng Accent diesel, mixed hw + extra urban & more of slow drive yan of 1st to 4th gears. Pero yung route na mentioned of Bulacan-nlex-clark na may konting traffic, malamang 18-19 kpl over a full tank. Sa Celerio naman, parang di ko narinig yung 22kpl. Sa Mirage, maraming na akong naririnig na matipid talaga, ave. 15kpl.

If i may, what's the pms cost of accent? Just for the benefit of all, yung mirage is around 10k per year (2 pms in one yr.). Kung hway fc, i would say na around 21kpl is attainable sa mirage. I used full tank method nung galing kami sa bolinao.

Iwan na natin si vios. Heheh. Unless may mga naka yaris dito.
