Tv plus ready head unit

Already got the tv+ to work when parking, pero hindi pala pwede when the vehicle is moving... what should i do?

my tv+ unit works even while running 100 kph sa skyway. may mga deadspots lang talaga.
panong di gumagana yung sa iyo while moving?
