ported vs sealed which do you preffer?

I think that is available there. I got mine (company supplied) with model: ISO-TECH IGC2230, made in Taiwan. With counter na ito ranging from 1 Hz to 1 Mhz. I don't remember the price, but I guess it is within Php 10T.
