ported vs sealed which do you preffer? ano po ba nag mas maganda?
I'm assuming you're talking about the speaker box.
It depends on your purpose.
For SQ or clarity, sealed provides faster response and tighter sounding bass, which is clearer.
For SPL or boomboom, ported provides more oomph.
If you're a newbie and/or want a little of both, I recommend an abc/dual chambered ported box.
ask ko na din, magpapacustom oval speaker box na roof mounted, ala CRV-soundcruiser. which is more preferable among the 2?..para din maging parang "subs" ko na din yun...4 or 5 way co-ax na oval gagamitin ko...
add ko nalang din, anung materail, wood w/ felt, wood with fiberglass? or clear fiberglass?
MDF for me, wood isn't stiff enough.add ko nalang din, anung materail, wood w/ felt, wood with fiberglass? or clear fiberglass?
sealed ako. although it gives less oompf than a ported box, it sounds better on a wider range of low frequencies.

RMS niyan siguro mga 50W/channel or around 100W bridged. Also Check you gain settings, wag lalagpas sa 1/2 if not baka magoverheat, pag nagoverheat papasok yan sa protect mode mamamatay.
pero sir kaya po kaya nya i drive yung 2 sub n 300watts kahit po hindi nakabridge kc po lalagyan ko pa po yung dalawa ng tweets and seps eh!
Kaya kung sa kaya pero mahina yan. 300 watts yung sub but you'll be feeding it only 50w of power. Originally Posted by janus08
I suggest bro leave the V12 for the seps, get a mono amp, and ung sub mo ba 300 wrms or 300 max? either way I suggest go for atleast 3/4 ng max rating ng subs mo, and if you're gonna get a mono amp, check the ratings on each of its load settings (2ohm,4ohm, etc) this would depend din sa subs mo, if you have for example two 4ohm single voice coil subs, the wiring option that you can go is either 4ohm or 2ohm, pag dual voice, you can wire it in a way na makaka 1ohm ka, para gamit mo lahat ng power ng amp mo, just make sure na ur amp is stable up to the load ur putting it in (1-ohm stable, 2-ohm stable, etc.)
