naka ipod kaba thru AUX INPUT?? or any device connected to AUX INPUT?? if using aux input do not charge your device while playing.. the charger creates a "loop" that will cause that whistling noise

what is your HEAD UNIT?? PIONEER?? sometimes if you get your signal for the subwoofer from the subwoofer output of the head unit it may result to whistling sound or static..
