CandyShop, BlueLine, JetCars at Nihhao sa Banawe have all this item in their shop. Tanong ka lang; between 26k-27k ang nakuha kong mga presyo.

But please be advised that this particular model has not been officially released yet dito sa Pinas. Kahit sa SG, hindi pa sya available. Yung US version pa lang ang officially released (AVH-p8400BH) last March.

So, yung mga available ngayon sa Banawe shops, ang tawag yata nila ay "galing sa bumbay"; mga open box units, although orig naman. Hindi ko lang alam talaga kung ano ibig sabihin ng "galing sa bumbay" hehehehe

Yung US version naman, around $520 - $550 ang price. So, mas makakamura ka kung may kakilala kang pwedeng bumili sa US. That's what I'm planning to do actually; mura din ang Scosche panel kit dun, around $40 lang.

What do you mean compatibility issues? From what I know, none. A head unit is a head unit. You'd be surprised to know how many head units are simply "renamed" when comparing the JPN model to the US model. Take the Clarion HXD2 as example.

Yes, I agree with jhnkvn. Asia, including Australia, shares the same model code while US model codes just do not have the "50" and instead of BT, they have it as BH; but it's practically the same head unit.

Bumaba na nga this week yung price sa US. There are stores in Amazon.com store front that sell it at $498. Buti na lang hindi pa ako naibibili nung kaibigan ko. hehehe

Hi, I stand corrected. AVH-P8400BT will have problems playing DVD/VCD/CDs from here since its DVD player will play Region 1 DVDs only.

I have decided to get one myself. I'm scheduled to have it installed on my car this Saturday. I will update this thread once I get to use the head unit.

sir, pwede po ba makuha contact details at location map ng mga shops na yan, iam actually looking for shops to upgrade my audio system and i need it by April 26 ..i will go for this unit, then JBL for my speakers, kenwood 4 amps,
