Do you turn off the radio when starting the engine?

-probably its better to turn the radio off when swtching the engine off
-even though i practiced it, oks nga lang sguro na dna ino-off ang radio..
- but we can treat it as an appliance , e.g. electric fan, pinapatay muna bago bunutin sa switch, dpoba...?

Hindi ko na cya pinapatay. Ito nga ang reminder ko para hindi makalimutan key sa ignition eh. Pag me tunog pa, nakasaksak pa ang susi.

I don't. Mine is a year old model Pioneer. The HU automatically turn off momentarily while the engine is cranking and turn on when the engine is already running - that's my observation. Please correct if I'm wrong.

I don't shut off my hu since it doesn't have Amps. the cdrking fm modulator says will void warranty if damaged when it is plugged while turning the engine. but I still plug mine.

for me, sabay aircon and speakers lagi.. force of habit na off muna before turning on/off engine.. la naman mawawala

i used to do that and no major problems with my deh 41 series pioneer HU.

but now i turn off everything before i turn off my engine. it seems to make my battery last longer. that's just my observation.

i always make sure na off yung headunit when i start the engine especially i have an audio set-up.

mabuti na yung patayin yung HU bago patayin ang makina. mahirap na din, mahal pa naman ang HU kahit papaano. tska sa mga may power antennas, tingin ko its a must eto.

yung fx namin, stock na fujitsu ten ang HU, hindi ko na pinapatay pero pag yung pajero ko na may pioneer 5050ub HU, pinapatay ko
