Sa pinoydvd ba sir? or wiredstate? Either way, may account ako on both hehe. Meron na sir bagong HUs from Pioneers like the 2850bt and the 5850bt. Both can play Flac. Yung disadvantage lang ata ng mga lower units sa 8750 will be the medium where the flac files are stored. Standard through SD, pero not sure if it can play flac from cd or through usb. Plus yung ayoko sa 8750 is carplay synching my phone messages on the HU. Hehe.

April 10th, 2016 02:43 PM #1875Sa pdvd sir, same nad owners hehe.

The most enjoyable quality of going for a more expensive head unit would probably be the bigger screen estate. SQ-wise, the elephant in the room is probably the additional pre-out voltage (not too sure if this applies to the current crop nowadays) and more pre-outs.
The 2850 is excellent as a basic head unit and ticks all the boxes most people need. Though I did heard through Banawe dealers that it has a rather medium rate of warranty issues. Not too sure if that's accurate or simply a marketing ploy to get me to buy the 5850. Possibly the latter really.
Re: FLAC
Uhh, not too sure if you can throw FLAC sa CD. USB possibly. CD.... not too sure about that.
For the record, I just use 320kbps .mp3 files as much as possible for space considerations. Though I do admit I have a bit of ALAC (FLAC equivalent) for my more "SQ" oriented tracks. I play mainly through an iPod AUX digital.

Actually i am leaning towards 5850 or 8750 because of the 7inch screen size. My stock head unit has the same 7inch screen. If I will use 2850, I think a smaller screen will make me feel I downgraded it haha. Actually 5850 na gusto ko kaso my 2015 crv has 2 cameras, reverse and blindspot cameras yung nasa right mirror. 8750 has 2 camera inputs. 5850 might be ok with an adaptor for a second cam but the price of the adaptor may force me to go to 8750.
2750bt - 13-15k php
2850bt - not yet in Stock pero as per pioneer middle east is around same price as 2750bt
5850bt - no stock yet also, no idea sa price
8750bt - 30k php
Steering wheel controls adaptor - 7k php
Secondary cam adaptor - no idea but I assume around same price as steering wheel controls
All prices are in UAE Dirhams converted to Php.

Halos same price lang dito Sir. Baka raw June lumabas.
