December 14th, 2013 10:15 AM #857Guys, need ko lang ng amp na mga 4500-5000 range lang. If may suggestions na mas maganda dito sa pilipinas, please pasabi.
Kunin ko kasi from the states itong mga choices ko kasi mura.
Cadence Flash FXA2400-4
MB Quart OA800.4
Precision Power BK520.4
ito lang kasi mga $100 na parang maganda. if may suggestions kayo dito. I asked around kasi dito sa mga shops and for 4000 they're just offering mga "Q-amp" brands.
Cadence 2400 = 150 x 4 / 600w x 2 bridged (4ohm)
MB quart OA800.4 = 100 x 4 / 400w x 2 bridged (4ohm)
Precision Power Black Ice 520.4 = 95 x 4 / 260w x 2 bridged (4ohm)
Thanks guys.

Precision Power Black Ice.
You won't see them in the Philippines... Sedona parin ata yun binebenta ng mga tao dito. Even then, PH prices are priced exorbitantly when the products come from the United States.
I don't like the Cadence because they publish peak numbers. I don't like the MB Quartz because they're marketing their topology as an "SQ" topology which there isn't.
The difference between 95W to 150W is simply 2 decibels. Stop placing too much emphasis on wattage. Place more emphasis on speaker efficiency -- driver sensitivity if you want something loud.

Yes it is. Just make your subwoofer more efficient. A subwoofer's performance is way dependent on its enclosure more than anything else.
I can get a subwoofer, throw it in a ported 3cu.ft enclosure then feed it 300W to beat the exact same subwoofer but in a sealed 1cu.ft enclosure and feed it 1000W of power and still the 300W will be louder. Given this, it's best to simply optimize the design of an enclosure more than feeding it more power (which translates into lesser fuel efficiency btw)
and its right above an electric motor....
