Hi guys, I'm planning to change the speakers of my montero. Question lang, ano pinagkaiba ng 2 way, 3 way, etc sa coaxial and seperates. Ang alam ko lang kasi is separates sa harap tapos coaxial sa likod. TIA

Coaxials and Separates are classifications of speakers according to their proximity of their drivers from one another.
1. Separates means a speaker set with a separate tweeter and midbass.
2. Coaxials means that the tweeter and midbass is mounted quite near from one another, if not on top of each other.

2-way, 3-way are classifications of the number of drivers and their responsibility.
For example,a tweeter doing the highs and the midbass doing the mid/bass is a 2-way. A tweeter doing the highs, a midrange doing the mids, and a midbass doing the lows is a 3-way. A tweeter doing the highs, a midrange doing the mids, a midbass doing the lows, and a subwoofer doing even lower than the midbass is a 4-way.
