I normally dont use rear fill but since the Crosswind is a big car then you may want to use a pair of coax for the rear. It wont give you monster bass but it should sound good. Mind you it wont be easy to do.

Or just get a small sealed box and put the sub at the cargo area. Sealed boxes are usually smaller than ported boxes. They are also more accurate and musical. However, they dont put out as much bass.

If you are willing to spend for custom work, I've seen a guy install a 8 inch sub on the side of a BMW diesel SUV. It really looked stock. he placed the amps on the other side wall. But that kind of setup will cost big bucks. Be prepared to shell out mucho money for custom fiber glass works.
