January 18th, 2010 11:13 AM #51I have talked to the mom of Boyscout already and got all info on their case against the dealer. In a nut shell, their's is a case of prefaced and new body model. They got the prefaced model but paid the new body model. NOS! and just like with me they were not honest and screw the buying public. Be alert bimmers!
