Avanza Engine Problem

hello everyone.. i was planning to post a new thread about my query unfortunately ..i dont have such rights..anyways...

sa labas ng section na eto pwedeng mag create ng new topic ma'm, i don't know bakit dito sa loob hindi.

just noticed last sunday...sudden acceleration took place..

anyone experienced this??

yes, could be 5x since i bought mine last aug2009.
could be different from yours ang sa akin...
here's my experienced...
sa work ko, nasa basement ang parking.
mag-sudden accelerate eto sa ganitong situation:
nasa 2nd gear when paakyat na sa ramp, alanganin ang speed kaya medyo hirap paakyat, pinilit ko parin
noong nasa itaas na ako from basement, nirelease ko ang accelarator but the rev still going up to 2500rpm.
normally the computer(ECU) of our car nagcompensate sa kakulangan ng rev, unfortunately nadelay eto or natiming na nandoon na ako sa taas.

drive by wire ba ang avanza?

nope, conventional parin, which is mas gusto ko.

paanong sudden, like 0-60kph?

could be the rpm, not the speed sir.

prang nastuck ung gas pedal...na mag isa syang nagrerev mag-isa..even i step on the gas pedal ayaw pa din.. what i did pinatay ko po ung makina ..then ayun okay na..pero nkakatakot kasi.what if nka 5th gear ako..then biglang mag ganun..

please, pakidagdag daw sa info ma'm kung tumatakbo ba eto nangyari ang sudden accelaration, anong speed?
wala bang nakaharang sa accelator mo?
stock din ba ang floor mat mo?
can you check the engine bay kung may foreign bodies, like may naipit kung anuman.
