    as what rodcarolino mentioned, its a metal base primer (usually copper or bronze) so pag na plate na, kakapit ang chrome.

    Just curious, how much would a plastic chrome treatment cost? Kasi grilles usually cost only P1,500. It might be cheaper to just replace it.

    But not on our grilles, from what I heard a whopping 25K for the Safari chrome ones.

    I saw a safari grille in one of our Banawe adventures... i just cant recall the shop.
