Maintenance after Megs step 2 & 3

i just recently used megs step 2(deep crystal system polish) and step 3(deep crystal system carnauba wax) by hand yesterday on a 1 month old bnew car. it itook me about 4 hours to finish

i wash my car almost once to 2x a week. i was wondering if i can use the megs quick detailer after each wash. if not, whats a good "after wash" wax that wont harm the paint and also wont degrade the step 2 and 3 megs i just put in? hows about Eagle One wet wipe n shine? or turtle wax express shine?

also, how often should i use step 2 and step 3? once a month? once every 2 months? thanks
