i have the misfortune of renting a parking space very near our place for 500 pesos a month. the downside is: my slot is right underneath a sampaloc tree and if rain is pretty strong, binabaha hanggang tuhod. i had no choice each time i go home but to put on the car cover unless during heavy rains. nakaka discourage pang i car wash kasi umuulan lagi.

btt. under the tree pa rin lalo na if i wouldn't park for long.

    My experience:
    - under the sun - di maganda effect sa CF hood ko
    - under the tree - dami dahon, straw, at kung ano-ano

For me: under the sun na lang..

Choosing between lesser evil lang yan. Tree sap and dried bird poo eats through the clearcoat kahit naka sealant ako + Collinite.

Invest on a good car cover, then park under a tree. That way, kung maiiputan kotse mo, dun sa car cover lang.. Not on the paint

New car .. under the sun
Old car .. inside the garage + car cover + de-humidifiers inside the cabin

If you want to park under a tree, be sure to ascertain what kind of tree it is.

On the positive side, at least toyo at bagoong nalang hinanap namin ..

May night differential pa!
